What We Do

Looking for an opportunity to socialize with your neighbors? Join the Ford’s Colony Friends and Neighbors Club. The Club meets at the Swim & Tennis building at 6:30 PM on the first Friday of each month from September through June.

The monthly meetings consist of interesting presentations or social events. For a complete schedule click the Calendar button.

The meetings start at 6:30 PM with a time for socialization followed by club updates and presentations beginning at 7:00 PM. Meetings last about an hour, including time for questions and answers. Social events include a Holiday Dinner in December, a BYBO Cabaret Night in March, and a yearend BBQ in June.

Refreshments will not be available at the meeting since there were no volunteers for the hospitality chair or committee from the FAN membership.

The annual membership is $10 per person. Click the Join Us button to download a registration form and more details.

February  Meeting

On Friday, February 6th, our guest speaker is Ronald G. Shafer, former Washington political features editor at the Wall Street Journal and a Ford’s Colony resident. Ron will speak on the 250th Anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence.

Join or renew your FAN membership by dropping your check and application in an envelope at the John Pott Gate marked “Friends and Neighbors.”   Membership is easy, just $10.00 per person for the year from September through June.  To print the membership form for 2025/2026, click here
